For the past two months I’ve been taking a BROga class at UMass taught by group fit instructor and UMass Junior Sarah Marotta. I studied abroad with Sarah and got to know what a personable, kind, and caring person she is. She has a passion for group fitness and for helping men build core strength, which is why she started teaching BROga.
BROga is strength-based yoga geared towards guys but open to all. It is a full body workout that gets you sweating and helps you improve athletic performance, focus, and reduces stress, plus so much more.
